Project proposal
After the discovery call, a custom project proposal will be created. This will outline the project timeline, process, and costs. Once the proposal is approved, the client will get access to a hub containing all important information, including invoices, contracts, FAQs, feedback forms, and later project presentations. This is also a good time to schedule a brand strategy call to clarify the next steps.
Brand strategy and research
The brand strategy serves as a crucial foundation for all future design choices and encompasses vital information that includes the brand's core values, market position, target audience, a thorough competitor analysis, visual identity, and overall creative direction. This essential information is gathered through extensive research and analysis of the competitive market, as well as through insightful discussions and calls with you.
Creating the design
The next step in the overall process is creating the comprehensive design. This critical part of the overall process involves drawing numerous sketches, refining those initial ideas based on feedback, and ultimately transforming them into the polished final design. At this stage, different colors strategically applied, and detailed mock-ups are created to showcase the final idea and vision.
Presenting work and revisions
Once the designs are completed, we create a detailed presentation to showcase the work and explain the reasons for the design choices. At this important step, we look forward to your feedback, which allows us to make revisions and improvements to better meet your needs and vision for the design.
Delivery
Once the green light is officially given for the project to be delivered, the remaining invoice will be promptly sent to you. After this invoice has been paid, the files that include essential font links, various format files such as PNG, SVG, PDF, and so on, along with the detailed brand guidelines, will be made available. All of these files are compiled into a convenient ZIP file for easier access and download.
